Sunday is the Valentine's Dinner
Youth arrive at 4:00pm for setup
The event starts at 5:30pm and we should be done by 7pm or 7:30pm
Dress nicely....No shorts and please wear a collared shirt or sweater!
Next Wednesday, Feb 17 is Ash Wednesday
We will still meet from the regular time (6:30pm-8:30pm).
However, we will not go out to eat (unless you arrive at 5:30pm to go out to eat early) so make sure you eat dinner at home.
We will then participate in the Ash Wednesday service for all ages in the Sanctuary at 7pm.
Ash Wednesday gets its name from the practice of placing ashes on the foreheads of the faithful as a sign of repentance. It signifies the beginning of Lent and is 40 days (not including Sundays) before Easter.
