Lukman

As many of you know, we as a youth group have been supporting a child through an organization called Compassion International.

Compassion states it's purpose as a "Christian child advocacy ministry that releases children from spiritual, physical, economic and social poverty and enables them to become responsible, fulfilled Christian adults."

As of today, Compassion supports over 800,000 children in 24 countries.

Our compassions child is Wahyu Lukman Fauzhi, or as we like to call him, Lukman.

For just $32 a month (and plenty of prayer), the youth help support Lukman, our 8 year old Indonesian who likes to sing and play soccer.

So, if you have been helping to support Lukman that's great. This is just a reminder to continue pressing on. If you haven't helped at all, maybe it's time to join in!

Proverbs 19:7 "He who is kind to the poor lends to the Lord."
