Fall Break Service

We had a great time during our Friday night lock-in.  We bowled, played games, discussed the spiritual aspects of choosing friends wisely and waking up with the joy (with some help from some youtube videos), and plenty of singing in the van rides.

On Saturday we went to Gleaners Food bank.  Here are some pictures.
We joined other volunteers from other churches and organizations and collectively we
repacked  6,100 Lbs of meat; assembling 2,070 BackSacks Weekend Food for Kids; and inspecting and sorting 8,342 lbs of donated food items. Job well done!

Yearly, Gleaners supports 410 agencies and feeds 170k people, 70k being children.
