A. Mission Trip Reminder - The summer is fast approaching and we’re taking our mission trip to St. Louis from June 20-25. You received details on this trip along with December’s calendar. Please continue to look ahead and check your calendar while praying about joining us. Registration is due by January 17th and should be accompanied by your $50 nonrefundable deposit. I’ll be contacting you soon to check with your progress. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Upcoming fundraisers include the Valentines Dinner and Cookbook sales.

B. “To Save a Life” Movie - Outreach films (a Christian organization) has made a movie that speaks directly to many common issues facing teens today. I was able to see an early showing of the movie and feel it would benefit our youth to see this movie. On Sunday, January 24th we will travel to Castleton (unless a closer theater ends up showing the movie) to watch this movie in its opening week in theaters. Go to http://www.tosavealifemovie.com/ for more info or check the Connexion youth blog to see the trailer.
It is rated PG-13. Cost is $5 with a money back guarantee. A perfect event to invite a friend.

C. Wednesday & Sunday talks - We have finished our Wednesday Truth Project Video Series and will be going over a review of what “Connexion” really means for us. Sunday afternoons will involve a new study on the book of Colossians that will cover topics from prayer, relationships, legalism, and the signs of someone who is free to follow Christ without restrictions.
Sunday School is at 10:15am on Sunday mornings and we have just finished our study of the Trinity and are now on a series called “Music that Teaches,” where we listen to different songs and discuss their lyrics, themes, and how they impact us.

D. For the Parents - If you would ever like to setup a time to meet and discuss your child, our ministry, or any other important aspect feel free to schedule a time with me. Email me at phil@trinitypark.net
