Teenage Drivers

Parents and Students,

Like it or not, new driver's may have to do a little more work to get their license. This is mostly due to the fact that "321 people statewide died in crashes caused by young drivers" last year.

A proposed Indiana bill would:
-Delay learners permits until age 15 and a 1/2 (instead of 15)
-50 hours of supervised driving (Indiana is currently one of 10 states that has no required driving time)
-Cell phone and late night driving bans
