Yesterday, we watched a Nooma. This one was titled "Open."
The main question was:
What if there’s more to prayer than just God listening and answering? Maybe if we understood how Jesus prayed, our concepts and expectations of prayer would change.
Some Conclusions:
*Jesus prayed because he had a role to play...and so do we!
*We are apart of an ongoing creation
*Are you honest, brutally honest, in prayer like you would be with your best friend? Or do you sometimes give the Readers Digest prayer to God (short and sweet) like you do to your parents when they ask how school was and you say "fine" or "okay."
In other news, this Wednesday Jordan Bell is up for Spotlight Night.
