Congrats to the girls for winning the music trivia challenge, getting 29 out of 30 answers correct!

For our discussion, we watched the Breathe Nooma.

Some reflections:
-We breathe 26,000 times a day
-Our breathing is far more spiritual than we usually realize
-"breath" and "spirit" are the same in biblical context, which helps us realize God is always with us (the simple daily reminder of that is our own breath)
-God's name was originally written YHWH, because the name was so powerful it couldn't be prounounced (later the 'a' and 'e' in Yahweh were added to allow to speak God's name)
-YHWH when taken separetly sounds like our breathing. So, when we breathe we are saying the name of God.
-The first and last thing we do in our lives is breathe...so the first and last things we do in our lives is saying the name of God.

Yes, his others songs have a little more depth. This is more of a "fun song" like most of Family Force 5's songs are.
